LYMM still lead the pack following a 51-26 win at home to Wirral.

The try scorers were Ben Simpson, Paddy Jennings, Cormack Nolan, Scott Redfern, Nathan Beesley and Rob Makin, with two. Nolan was also on target with five conversion­s and two penalties.

Blackburn, in second, edged away from thirdplace­d Rossendale after defeating the Marl Pits side 26-13.

Coming back from 13-0 down at the interval, the visitors scored tries through Sammy Russell, Ockert Erasmaus, Lewis Kincart and Jamie Brooks. Paddy Gaffy added three conversion­s. Brad Cave crossed for the home side, converted by Lewis Allen, adding to two earlier penalties for the outside half.

Manchester ran in seven tries in their 50-19 win at home to Kendal.

Josh Jones and Joe Davidson went in for a brace apiece, with Tom Travis, Harry Lewis and Charlie Green the other try scorers.

Davidson was also on hand with six conversion­s and a penalty. Glenn Weightman, Leon Mercer and Steve Nelson crossed for the Cumbrians, with Weighman adding two conversion­s.

Macclesfie­ld were 58-17 victors at home to Kirkby Lonsdale. Brendan Berry, Tom Jennings, Tom Burden, James Oliver, with two, Elliot Alston, Harry Oliver, Sam Adu, Alex Kubowski and Terence Babarincsa were the home try scorers, with Jennings successful with four conversion­s.

Gordon Moss and Josh Ree, who also kicked two conversion­s and a penalty, were the try scorers for the visitors. Kirkby are still without a win and have yet to put points on the board.

Sandbach took the honours in the Cheshire derby by defeating Stockport 22-15 at Bradwell Road.

Tim Young, Nick Allsop and Elliott Morris crossed for the home side, with James Preston on target with two conversion­s and a penalty. Callum Owen, with two, and Sam Fisher were try scorers for Stockport.

Northwich beat

Burnage 29-14 at Moss Farm through tries from Jacob Goeppmer, Liam Batt, Tom Husband, Nick Baldwin and Kyle Lindsay, Baldwin also slotting two conversion­s.

Keir Merrick and Elijah Stone were the try scorers for the visitors, with Dave Pearce and Grant Connor sharing kicking duties with one conversion each.
