The key findings of a camera catching data on Station Road over Christmas were: data indicates an average speed of 28mph and 31mph and 85th percentile speeds of 33mph and 38mph. This means that 85 per cent of vehicles are travelling at 33/38mph or below whilst the remaining 15 per cent are travelling in excess of 33/38mph. The speed of vehicles does not reflect the level expected within a 30mph speed limit.

Cllr Blackburn continues to try and find out about the bus shelter for West Garth, the widening of Station Road and the tactile dropped kerbs at various points in the village.

Dog stencils are to be sprayed on footpaths as a trial along West Garth. This is to help get the message across for dog owners to pick up.

The parish council are grateful to Barratt Homes who have donated an amount of sponsorship for this.
