The Raiders took the lead early on in their first game when Ethan Daley-Smith saw his shot deflected into the net.

A second goal followed five minutes into the second half through Chris Fenton.

Joseph Chapman wrapped up the 3-0 win with five minutes to go for a Scholes side who had James Winters, Matty Balfour and keeper Greg Townend in form.

Daley-Smith gave Raiders a carbon-copy start to the second game when he bent a fine effort into the back of the net.

An own goal doubled the lead before Donnie Lee’s double capped another good display and another victory.

Cayton under- 11s produced a fine team performance beating a plucky Ayton

side with Marshall Nock grabbing four, Liam Eyre and Harr y Groombridge netting a brace each and Finley Wilson also tapping home a fine team move.

Scalby and Seamer met in an exciting under-12s clash.

Both teams started well with Seamer wasting a few chances before Scalby scored with their first real chance of the game.

Ted Edwards controlled the ball and played a lovely through- ball for Rueben Staveley to side-foot home.

Seamer came back strongly and got a deserved equaliser through Blake Drury.

Drury won a challenge in midfield and drove home a fantastic shot from the edge of the box.

Against the run of play Scalby again went in front.

Owen Lambert, out on the right wing, fed a lovely ball down the line to Staveley, who played in the pacy Jake Reeves to put Scalby 2-1 up.

The first half ended with Seamer on the front foot and a combination of Freddie White in the Scalby goal and some shots which missed the target meant the score remained 2-1 at half-time to the young Otters.

The second half was a little one-sided with Seamer pushing for an equaliser straight from the kick-off.

Chances came and went for the visitors and it looked like Scalby may have had luck on their side, Seamer hitting the post a couple of times.

Scalby were always a threat on the counter- attack with Reeves and Staveley very lively up front.

Seamer got their deserved equaliser with 15 minutes to go through sub Scott Wilson.

Wilson picked the ball up out wide and made his way into the Scalby box unchallenged before smashing the ball low and hard giving White in the Scalby goal no chance.

Seamer pushed for a winner but found White in great form in the Scalby goal.
