Business as usual despite application

With reference to your notification in The Scarborough News on September 24 of our successful planning approval for housing and mixed retail development at both our site and neighbouring sites in Columbus Ravine, it may imply that our businesses will be closing down imminently following the demolition of our premises.

In fact, this is a small first step towards our intended relocation of our Citroen and Suzuki franchised motor dealership which has been trading successfully in Scarborough for the past 46 years and relocation may take some time to achieve.

In the meantime it is business as usual here at Columbus Ravine for ourselves and our neighbours and we should be grateful if you would bring these facts to your readership.
