‘Legal high’ ban moves step closer

Legislation to outlaw “legal highs” has taken a step forward. The Psychoactive Substances Bill had its second reading in Parliament on Tuesday. Scarborough’s MP Robert Goodwill said: “I am really pleased that this will soon become law and we will have the tools to fight this terrible scourge.”
