Disaster Chef Nicola to test cooking skills
A Scarborough mother of two has been revealed as one of Britain’s worst cooks.
After weeks of searching far and wide, Kenwood has revealed that Nicola Reading has been chosen from hundreds of entries as one of Britain’s most hopeless cooks. She will now take part in its annual Disaster Chef competition.
Nursery school owner Nicola will compete against nine other disastrous chefs in the hope of turning her culinary skills around.
The contestants will compete for a £4,000 prize package in front of a judging panel including renowned chef Raymond Blanc OBE, Great British Bake Off finalist Miranda Gore Browne and Kenwood Development Chef, Martin Johns. Competition entries came in from all over the country, entered by self-proclaimed disastrous chefs or through nominations from friends and families.
