Yorkshire Water complaints drop

The number of written complaints Yorkshire Water receives annually from the people of Scarborough has decreased to 1,072 cases, it has been revealed. This is an improvement on 2013/14 figures when the water company received 1,245 such complaints. It means that out of the 10 main water companies in the UK, Yorkshire Water received the fourth lowest number of written complaints in 2014/15. The most common reason customers complained about were related to billing and charges.
