Margaret Batty hosted a tasting session by Wiltshire Farm Foods with business development manager, Kerry Jennings. Founded in 1991 and based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, the company now has 70 offices covering all postcode areas. The York office covers an area from Whitby to Withernsea, Selby to Thirsk.
The company has developed over 300 meals and desserts, including gluten-free, all from locally sourced natural products.
Kerry provided tasters of three meals and a dessert and refreshments were served by Alison Annan, Jackie Flint and Mary Ellerker.
There is no meeting next week. On Monday November 2 there will be a talk on jelly making with Ryan Tindall.
