Shop began with craft sessions

Jessica first started monthly craft sessions at a cafe in Filey, and not long after starting these, she was lucky enough to be introduced to Natalie France, owner of Violet Lux in St Nicholas Street. Jessica said: “Natalie has an incredible go get attitude, which is very contagious. It wasn’t long before I was running my Proud as Punch craft classes in a beautiful room at the back of Violet Lux. Not only was I doing something I loved, I was teaching others who wanted to make things, be creative and inspired. “The new shop is an expansion on what I was doing there.”
