The distinctive green and white striped stalls will be in place in the heart of the shopping district from 9.30am to 4pm.
A number of regular stallholders will be selling their wares, including seasonal produce and store-cupboard staples.
The organisers are hoping the warm September weather holds out to ensure the market is thriving.
Andrew Riley, co-organiser of the Scarborough Food Fair, said: “This is our second visit to Scarborough in September, traditionally a great time for tasty seasonal treats.
“Scarborough Food Fair is continuing to build a reputation for great food and drink, and customers can browse at leisure this Saturday.”
Scarborough Food Fair is one of several food events organised by Yorkshire Food Markets, whose other locations include Bedale near Northallerton and Acomb in York.
Mr Riley added: “We would like to thank all our customers for their continued interest in Scarborough Food Fair, and also for the support of Scarborough Borough Council.”
Following Saturday’s event, the next Scarborough Food Fair takes place on Saturday October 1.
