Last chance to buy a brick

-

Fans of Scarborough Athletic have until the end of the month to buy a brick at the new Leisure Village at Weaponness.

The bricks will be embedded in a prominent position in a main wall within the stadium, to record a name or message on there.

Boro director Nick Finch said: “Buying a brick is a perfect Christmas gift to remember a relative or to place a message as a unique gift to someone special or maybe you simply want a fitting remembrance.

“Whatever you want to celebrate, choose your own words and have them engraved on a personalised brick which will become an iconic part of the new ground forever.”

Standard bricks are available for £35, with triple bricks also available for £100.

Bricks can be bought from the Boro website or from the club shop at home games at Queensgate.

Other Christmas gifts include a half-season ticket to see Boro in action for a reduced price during the second half of the season.

Adults can purchase a half-season ticket for £65, giving fans two-and-a-half games free, with concessions priced at £35.

Meanwhile, the Boro Christmas Draw is coming up on Wednesday at Scholars Bar on Somerset Terrace.

Run by the SAFC Supporters Club, the draw is a vital fundraiser for the club over the festive period.

Starting at 7.30pm, top prizes for the draw include a cash first prize of £300, a season ticket for the 201718 season and a Boro replica shirt.
