Man in court over killing wild bird

A Scarborough man has been fined £200 and ordered to pay £300 costs after admitting kicking a Starling to death. Robert Rose, 22, of Peasholm Crescent appeared before Scarborough Magistrates’ Court on Friday. The RSPCA condemned his actions.
