Christmas services

St Mark’s Church. On Christmas Eve at 3.30pm there will be a family crib service. Pre-school children may dress as any character from the Nativity, except Mary or Joseph, and will hear the Christmas story as they take part in their own nativity, sing carols, and help prepare the crib. A few spare costumes will be available in church if needed.

At 11.30pm there will be a traditiona­l candle-lit communion service.

On Christmas Day at 10am, there will be a family service of Holy Communion. Children can bring their favourite present along, as we celebrate the greatest gift of all. Crèche facilities for children under four years. There will be no 8am service on Christmas Day.

On Boxing Day there will be a service of Holy Communion at 10am to celebrate St Stephen’s Day.
