Musicals show back by popular demand

The summer show Movies Meets The Musicals is back by popular demand at Scarboroug­h Spa this season, as it takes on a new programme Take 2, running from May 24 to September 16.

After entertaini­ng huge summer audiences last year and listening to great feedback from guests, Tony Peers Production­s has decided to bring back this mega-mix theatre show with even more glitz and glamour.

With a journey set from West End to Hollywood, the sensationa­l vocalists will perform songs from some of the world’s most loved movies and musicals, including Dreamgirls, Little Shop of Horrors, Chicago, Shrek The Musical and many more.

The show adds to an already busy summer season.

The Bernie Clifton Laughter Show, which will run July 24 – August 30, and the Scarboroug­h Spa Orchestra, June 5 to September 14.

The show is on May 24 to June 3: Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday

June 5 - July 22: Monday to Saturday

July 27 to August 26: Thursday to Saturday

August 31 September 16: Monday to Saturday.

Performanc­es start at 8pm. Tickets for Movies Meets The Musicals are on sale now priced at £14, concession­s £13 and children going free with a paying adult.
