An experienced broadcaster, Saul has presented and appeared in history programmes for all the major TV channels and is a regular contributor to Radio 4.
At the festival Saul will be talking about his latest George ‘Zulu’ Hart novel, The Prince and the Whitechapel Murders – a thrilling new twist on the Jack the Ripper story.
“As always, I want to vary the mix and add a different flavour,” said Heather.

“He is taking time out from his surgery to share tales of creatures great and small.
The vet, writer and columnist for The Scarborough News’ sister paper Yorkshire Post will be appearing at Scarborough Library on Sunday April 15.
