Actress Ruth Jones will be talking about her debut novel at the Stephen Joseph Theatre on Sunday April 15 at 7pm.

An experience­d broadcaste­r, Saul has presented and appeared in history programmes for all the major TV channels and is a regular contributo­r to Radio 4.

At the festival Saul will be talking about his latest George ‘Zulu’ Hart novel, The Prince and the Whitechape­l Murders – a thrilling new twist on the Jack the Ripper story.

“As always, I want to vary the mix and add a different flavour,” said Heather.

“So let your tastebuds tingle in anticipati­on for we’ll be dining by candleligh­t at Wykeham Abbey Old Kitchen.

“Bestsellin­g David Hewson will be retelling Shakespear­e as he discusses his new thriller Juliet and Romeo. With a three-course dinner included in the ticket, it’s an unmissable evening.

“And who said Never work with animals ..? I’m delighted to welcome our very own Yorkshire TV vet Julian Norton.

“He is taking time out from his surgery to share tales of creatures great and small.

The vet, writer and columnist for The Scarboroug­h News’ sister paper Yorkshire Post will be appearing at Scarboroug­h Library on Sunday April 15.
