Kraft slices through rivals to win Dalby Forest Parkrun

Four club members took part in the latest Dalby Forest Parkrun.

James Kraft finished in overall first place for the seventh time and remains unbeaten at this Park run.

Kraft (pictured) was followed by Glyn Hewitt, who was sixth overall and first Over-45 and Glen Shelton 34th and third Over-45.

Lorraine Hewitt was sixth female overall and first Over-45.

Thirteen took part in the latest Sewerby Parkrun.

Duncan

Smart was first for the club in

15th overall of 213 and was the first Over-45.

He was followed by Geoff C roma ck, who was 30 th and second Over-55.

Jo Ireland led the clubs females in 10th and first Over-45.

She was followed by KatieWebst­er 16 th and second Over-40.

Other males: D Fox 44th and first Over-65, P Northedge 47 and first Over-70 with a PB, W Foster 64th, A Keenan 94th, P Barnard 95th, R Gough 119th.

Other females: Z Ruston 26 th, P Keenan 65 th and second Over -65, L Bay es 89 th.

Paul Thompson competed in the Bradford 10 Kilometre Road Race, and was pleased to finish 21 seconds faster than his 2017 race in 42 minutes 19 seconds.

Thompson, 57, was most notably 141st of 1,894 and was also 14 th of the 187 Over 50 sin this popular West Yorkshire event.

Four club members competed in the Yorkshire Wildlife Park 5 kilometre Multi-Terrain Race, which was held inside the park at Doncaster.

Michael Mowson was first for the club in 18 minutes 55 seconds and was most notably up in sixth of 977 finishers.

He was followed by Duncan Smart, who was up in 10th and first Over-45 with 19.21.

Zoe Ruston was 21st female in 24.50.

Nicola Doody made her club de but, finishing in 31.15 and was 161st female.
