The 1st Northstead brownies have raised £450 for Scarborough RNLI with a recent seafront stroll.
Nineteen of the 24 pack members, aged from 7-10, walked nearly two miles along the seafront to bring in funding. They were accompanied by pack staff, parents, grandparents and other family members including a baby aged just eight weeks.
After collecting the sponsorship money, the pack returned to the lifeboat station to present a cheque to crew members Simon Loveland and Kev Roberts.
