Ready, set, go for Scarborough Santas this weekend

St Catherine’s Hospice’s annual Santa Dash takes place this Sunday at 11am, looking to raise vital funds going into the festive season.

Runners this year have the option to take it a little more seriously with free chip timers available for all runners. There are two options for runners – 5k or 10k, with both starting at the Sea Life Centre and going along the seafront, to Hairy Bob’s Skate Park before turning round and dashing back to the start point.

Santas are advised to arrive around 30 minutes before the event. Adults cost £15, children £5 and a family of four (two adults, two children) £35, with the Santa suit included.
