Teachers duct taped to wall in fun event

The Scarborough News - - WELCOME TO YOUR NEWS -

Some year 10 students organised an enjoyable event of duct taping two teachers to a wall.

The event was in aid of their youth award project, they raised money to buy the school three defibrillators, which will be placed in school and available should they be needed for students and others in the local area.

The school house, Carlisle, came up with this brilliant idea and wanted it to be fun, and hoped that everyone would participate – and their hopes certainly turned into a reality.

The aim was to hold the teachers to the wall just by using duct tape, and the two ‘lucky’ teachers were Mr Oakes and Mr Wilson.

All children were allowed to bring £1 to buy one metre of duct tape. We all agree it was a fantastic event and the students who organised it did an outstanding job.
