Village homes set to be approved

A new housing development planned at Sherburn is set to get approval from Ryedale District Council.The 73-home scheme, earmarked for land at Manor Farm and opposite the Atlas Ward factory, will provide a boost for families wanting a low cost home, says the council, because 23 properties will be social housing.
