Here’s your chance to win a family ticket to ride North Yorkshire Moors Railway’s Santa Special.

Three lucky winners will win family tickets to ride the magical Santa Express from Pickering and each child will meet the legendary man himself on board the train. The Santa Specials on the NYMR run on weekends between Saturday November 30 and Sunday December 22. Santa Specials’ enchanting experience from Pickering Station see Father Christmas and his jolly helpers wander through the heritage carriages, sharing seasonal tales and gifting presents to every child on board. Adults are invited to tuck into a delicious mince pie, hot drink and a warming alcoholic tipple, whilst children enjoy juice and a piece of fruit.

We have three sets of family tickets, for two adults and two children, to ride the NYMR’s Santa Special from Pickering Station on Saturday November 30 at 3.30pm. To be in with a chance to win simply fill in the entry form.

Terms and Conditions

Open to over 18s only. Competition is not open to employees or volunteers of the NYMR nor of The Scarborough News.

Three winners will be selected at random and will be notified by email after the closing date of 5pm on November 14. To claim their prize each winner must contact the NYMR by telephoning 01751 472508 quoting their unique reference number as featured on their winner’s notification email no later than November 21. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The prize will automatically be void if sold, offered for sale or if any attempt is made to transfer the prize for value.

The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. NYMR reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of its Santa Special service in the interest of health and safety.
