Why do I still need a licence?

I have given up watching the BBC as the news is negative and biased to the left. Matters would improve greatly if the BBC reported the news instead of trying to create it.

I take no pleasure in contributing to the over-inflated salaries of its stars. I subscribe to Netflix and Amazon so why do I need to have a TV licence? Malcolm Nicholson
