Show home open at over-55s site

Prospective residents are being invited by Housing 21 to take a look around a new development of accommodation for older people in Filey.

Filey Fields Court, an Extra Care scheme for people aged over 55, has opened a show home for viewings of what the complex has to offer.

The scheme, off Scarborough Road, will comprise 70 one and two-bedroom apartments for social rent and shared ownership, in a community setting.

It offers independent living combined with optional tailored on-site care and support 24/7.
