Bake Off fun is a grand idea to help air ambulance

Staff at Lloyd Dowson chartered accountant­s, tax and business advisors cooked up some tasty treats for charity.Team members – in the Scarboroug­h and Bridlingto­n offices and also working from home – took part in a Bake Off and the business made a donation to Yorkshire Air Ambulance.

Yorkshire Air Ambulance is an independen­t charity providing a lifesaving rapid response emergency service to five million people across the whole of Yorkshire.

Vanessa Rowbottom, Marketing Director for Lloyd Dowson, said: “It is great to show our support for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance. The rapid medical interventi­ons provided by the air ambulance crews have a huge impact on a patient’s chance of survival and quality of life.”

The Yorkshire Air Ambulance relies heavily on the generosity of the public and organisati­ons to keep the service active.

Lloyd Dowson raised £1,060 for Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
