Adrian Dunbar’s ex copturned-consultant Alex Ridley is called in by DI Carol Farman (Bronagh Waugh) when the body of a young woman is found in a shallow grave. It seems that Ridley still has a thing or two to teach his former protege, though, as he starts looking into the victim’s complex private life – and discovers that she was not at all what she at first seemed.
