Thanks to Proudfoot and police
I would just like to write in and express my thanks and appreciation for the concern, active care and help given to me recently by Proudfoot at Eastfield and the local police.
Following Proudfoot’s concerns over my not answering for delivery, as I normally do, and evident disarray outside, police had a two-officer team visit me at home, and contacted social services Living Well who are seeing me soon to give what assistance they can to me.
I am registered disabled physically and mentally with North Yorkshire County Council and have
very restricted vision, and was looked after by the mental health resource unit on Trafalgar Square until 2016, when this unit and its support services were withdrawn.
I think it’s testament to the continuing humanity and empathy of Proudfoot and North Yorkshire Police, and evidence that we do still have people and organisations that care.
