The BFG exhibition
I VISITED The BFG in Pictures exhibition at Knole and it was whizzpoppingly brilliant!
My granny organised the trip for us during half-term, and we got to see some reproductions of original Quentin Blake illustrations for the famous Roald Dahl book. It’s all about a little girl called Sophie who befriends a Big Friendly Giant.
While we were there, we got to try on huge BFG ears and outfits, and my mum even dressed up as Sophie with a big wig and glasses! We also got to have pictures in a giant chair and have a go at drawing the BFG with a step-by-step guide.
After that, we headed outside to do a winter trail in the park. We had to find little wooden deer and solve clues on them, before we were given a special BFG prize at the end.
It was so much fun, even though it was a bit rainy!
