Dales look for friendly opponents

Former Scarborough & District Sunday Football League side Fylingdales Football Club are on the look-out for football teams to play against.

A Fylingdales Football Club spokesperson said: “Since the Sunday league folded we are asking if there are any of the old Scarborough Sunday Football League teams that would like to play a friendly against Fylingdales Football Club?

"If any of the lower division Scarborough Saturday League sides want to play against us, charity teams, veteran’s teams or even if a work-based side would like a friendly. We have our pitch marked out and ready or are willing to travel.
