On Wednesday, December 14, between 10am and 4pm, medical negligence expert
Nikki Cusworth will be available for a 30-minute chat at our Scarborough office to discuss your potential claim.

What is medical negligence?
Examples of negligence include a delay in diagnosis, a misdiagnosis, incorrect treatment or surgery or errors during that surgery, prescription of the incorrect drug or the incorrect dose of a drug.
Do you have a claim?
If there is evidence that the medical treatment you received was negligent and that, as a result of that negligence, you suffered harm you would otherwise have avoided, then you may be entitled to claim compensation.
How much will it cost?
