50th Anniversary Celebrations

SCOTLAND’S national ballet company has a packed programme ahead for 2019 in celebration of its 50th anniversary, launching in March, with Spring! at Eden Court in Inverness. In August, Edinburgh International Festival’s dance programme will open with the world premiere of The Crucible. This is the first of Scottish Ballet’s Five In Five, a project to commission five new ballets in as many years. The second will be The Snow Queen.
