Fowler Road Roller

“Here we have the Fowler Road Roller which is part of Summerlee’s steam fleet,” says Clare. “It truly is a sight to behold when it’s all fired up and in full steam. It’s a major attraction at Summerlee’s Victorian Steam Fair which is held in August each year. Visitors can also see our traction engine, Tigger, in action and enjoy a ride on a miniature steam train. The Fowler is maintained by a dedicated group of steam volunteers, the Friends of Summerlee.”
