Exiles duo in select XV to play Canada

LONDON Scottish pair Mark Bright and Miles Mantella are in the Championship XV starting line-up to play Canada at Sixways tomorrow (3.15pm).

The duo have scored 15 tries between them so far this season.

Mantella said: “It was a massive honour to be asked to play with some of the best players in the league and Canada will be treating this as a chance to push on ahead of their autumn internationals.”

Bright added: “We are going up there to win the game and I think we have a chance. We will be raring to go.”

Scottish also have forwards Max Maidment and James Phillips on the bench. Connor Braid, who has been on loan from Glasgow Warriors, is on the bench for Canada and former London Scot Tyler Hotson starts in the second row.

The match will be broadcast live on Sky Sports 4.
