Raw power: Food fes­ti­val aims to fight in­equal­ity

Food pro­ducer Poppy Mur­ri­cane, of Rawnchy, tucks into one of her heart-shaped raw ve­gan desserts as Glas­gow chef Colin Cly­des­dale looks on. Colin, of the Ubiq­ui­tous Chip restau­rant and the Real Food, Real Folk co-op­er­a­tive of top city chefs, joined forces with Poppy to high­light this week­end’s Let’s Eat Glas­gow! event, the first ma­jor food fes­ti­val in the UK to raise money to help tackle food in­equal­ity.
