Spanish lie?

Our First Minister wants our Prime Minister to be open with all plans for Brexit. Can she therefore reciprocate by divulging the state of the discussions she is having with European governments about Scotland remaining in the EU? In particular, it would be interesting to hear the detail of the discussions with the Spanish government that Mike Russell said had happened. Some of us doubt that this ever happened at all. Prove us wrong.
