Heart of Midlothian Live in hope
I am not sure the international break came at a good or bad time for Hearts, as we probably needed to regroup after the Aberdeen defeat. Seven players were away on international duty, but only two or three played and all should return unscathed to face Celtic on Sunday.
The Champions will be seeking to renew that status and we will go along more in hope than expectation of crashing their title party. With St Johnstone leapfrogging us into fourth, next midweek’s game in Perth assumes seasondefining proportions. It is vital to show the fight and application against Celtic that we failed to produce against the Dons and which we will need to rekindle hopes of finishing in fourth place or even better.
