What’s the last piece of clothing you bought?

A pair of camouflage print jeans from Forever 21. I love that place.

What are you addicted to buying?

Combat boots and Converse sneakers.

Best ever bargain?

Prince gave me one of his custom-made leather jackets. I can’t even imagine what it’s worth now.

Who has great style?

I love Rihanna’s style. She’s so bad ass and sexy. My managers Evan Rogers and Carl Sturken discovered her, so I’ve been watching her evolution from day one.

Name your favourite high street shop.

I am a huge fan of Topshop. Pretty much everything I try on there I want to buy.

Any fashion disasters you’d care to tell us about?

When I performed on Later With Jools Holland Ihadon a dress that everyone loved but it was so short that I had to sit sideways at the piano and I kept worrying the camera would catch me at the wrong angle and expose too much. It all worked out in the end but I was so nervous.

What’s your favourite item in your wardrobe?

I’m kind of a tomboy so it would probably be something simple like a vintage T-shirt with Sade on it. I’m obsessed with her. n Springs is performing as
