What’s the last piece of clothing you bought?

A great little & Other Stories T-shirt with toucans on it. It’s cropped but hopefully not in an “Auntie Karen is dressing like a teenager again” way.

What are you addicted to buying?

Dresses. I love a fun bold print. I’m not super great at putting outfits together and with a dress you don’t need to worry, it’s all done for you.

Best ever bargain?

I’ll never forget the Ralph Lauren gilet I found in TK Maxx when I was 15. It was a life highlight at the time.

Who has great style?

Way too many people to mention, but they’re all celebs so it makes me feel better because I assume their clothes have been picked by stylists. In my dream life, I’d have someone to do all my shopping and lay out outfits for me every day like you do for kids/ husbands.

Any fashion disasters you’d care to tell us about?

Often I put an outfit on, question its legitimacy but then end up having to go with it because I’m late. Some of my boldest outfit choices have been due to nine missed calls from an Uber driver.

What’s your favourite item in your wardrobe?

A little ASOS navy and white polka dot dress I wore in the publicity shots for my standup show. It’s fun and bold and makes me feel sassy, which is a thoroughly underused word.
