Dumbarton Real positives to take

-

If you had offered us two points from our first two games, we’d have bitten your hand off. With an injury-hit squad full of new faces, I was concerned heading into games with Morton and Falkirk. The defence, though, has been solid and while we have ridden our luck at times, we’ve been good value for our points.

Ally Roy opened his Dumbarton account with a superb goal on Saturday. He’s been our most creative player so far with frightening pace and close control. Add a bit of composure in front of goal and you’ve got a great player.

I didn’t attend last night’s game against the Rangers Colts and I’m hoping other Sons fans followed suit. Let’s send out a message that they are not wanted.
