MHI Vestas wins turbine contract

Moray Offshore Windfarm East has announced that MHI Vestas has been selected as preferred turbine supplier for the project – a 950MW offshore windfarm in the Outer Moray Firth, 22km from the east coast of Scotland.

The contract will include the supply and installation of 100 Vestas V164-9.5MW offshore wind turbine generators.
