Glen almond College face their conference rivals Fett es College this afternoon, just ten days after meeting in the final round of the Mitsubishi Eclipse Conference when the Perthshire school lost 24- 27.

Fettes will be favourites to win, but Glenalmond, whose alumni include former Scotland captains David Sole and Rob Wainwright, have steadily improved after as low start.

Even harder to call will be the match tonight at Myre - side where George Watson’s College take on Strathallan. While Watson’s have made numerous appearances on finals day – winning the title on four successive occasions –St rat hall an have never reached the last stage of the under- 18 competition.
