CBRE set to market units at North-east storage site

Property firm CBRE has been appointed to market units at Birchmoss Industrial Storage Depot in Aberdeenshire as the site’s owner steps up activity.

Theconsultancyhasbeen appointed to market four units at the depot, where owner the Mcintosh family also runs its plant hire and haulage operations.

Iain Landsman, associate director at CBRE, said: “Our involvement marks the first time the landlord has instructed property agents to advise on marketing, and with the imminent completion of the western peripheral route set to further increase the accessibility and desirability of the depot’s location, we are expecting a good level of occupier interest in the coming months.”
