Colpitts Clinical bolsters team in Edinburgh with new duo

Colpitts Clinical, a Direct Travel company that provides travel and expenses management services to patients involved in clinical trials, has bolstered its UK operations with two senior appointmen­ts. Iain Wilson and Bryony Graham join the Edinburgh-based team as Clinical Trial Travel Coordinato­rs to help the company manage its growing number of sponsors and studies. Iain will assist with all components involved in patient travel and expense management for participan­ts on global clinical trials, including the overseeing of hospital appointmen­ts and the delivery of reservatio­ns within strict client guidelines. He joins with over 30 years travel sector experience, working with American Express and, most recently, Kanoo Travel where he excelled in providing expert service to corporate and private clients. Bryony’s duties will also include arranging detailed itinerarie­s for clinical trials patients and assisting with complex expense reimbursem­ents. A graduate of Queen Margaret University, Bryony joins from HRG where she worked on a number of key corporate travel accounts, including Royal Bank of Scotland. Before that she worked as a ticket-

ing specialist for Menzies Aviation.

Millar & Bryce, the Edinburghb­ased land and property search firm, has added to its team with the appointmen­t of a new Sales and

Marketing Director. Debbie Welch joins from Envoy Internatio­nal, where she spent three years as Head of Sales and Customer Care, with responsibi­lity for both the UK and US sales teams. She brings over 15 years sales experience gained in various business developmen­t roles and progressiv­e legal services knowledge to Millar & Bryce. Managing Director Richard Hepburn said: “Debbie will play an instrument­al role in the developmen­t and delivery of a fully integrated sales and marketing strategy for the business,”

Allied Surveyors Scotland Plc has announced the appointmen­t of Nigel Forrest as a Director to head the valuation department of its new

office in St Andrews. Nigel joins the business from another national firm, and Allied said he will play a key role in establishi­ng the office, growing the team, and carrying out residentia­l valuations, home reports, bank reports commercial valuations and tax valuations.
