Queen of the South Nay happy

- Neil Cameron

On the face of it there is no great shame in losing 2-0 to runaway leaders St Mirren. Especially when our last visit to Paisley resulted in a threegoal defeat. But Gary Naysmith was less than impressed with the outcome and made his feelings known in his post-match interviews.

The cause of his frustration was a belief that the players hadn’t followed the gameplan. With no game this coming weekend they will be forced to stew over this match for an extra week. Hopefully this unwanted break can end up being a positive, with a few of our injured players expected to be in contention for the visit of Morton. With the Greenock men a point ahead of us, and with a game in hand, it could be a decisive fixture in our bid for the top four.
