Nothing is stopping women from applying for jobs in the distribution centres. Take gender out of this. What we have are two different types of work. One of them is a more demanding type of work so it would only be right they get paid a little bit more. Equity (equality of outcome regardless of any differing factors) is not a good thing.

Raine Scott I’m not so sure that your assessment is fair. Some people have done all that they can to find someone to love them. If someone doesn’t want to stick around - you can’t make them. But that doesn’t change the fact that silence is deafening and loneliness crippling. Cut them some slack. We are all doing the best that we can with what we were given.
