A decision by the Parole Board for England and Wales to release rapist John Worboys has been overturned and the board’s chairman, Nick Hardwick, has resigned. @Zacgoldsmith said: “I can’t find words to reflect my admiration for the brave victims who had to face their attacker in court in order to secure justice. They should never have had to.
