Hibernian Ludicrous fixtures

- Stevie Sideburns

Last week was a good one for Hibernian, with a win at home then a draw in Dingwall which was secured by a last-minute goal – a match we dominated but only came away with one point, which is a recurring theme this season. Nevertheless we are only three points off second place – quite an achievement for a club back in the top league after three years away. There is a suspicion that the anomaly of the post-split fixtures will lead to a third trip to Ibrox, a ludicrous state of affairs which sums up the folly of the whole idea. At least we have a decent record in Govan, which can’t be said for our other destinations, Tynecastle and Pittodrie. However, Neil Lennon says each game will be treated like a cup final, so there could be an exciting end to the campaign.
