Dundee United Too much heartache

Over five seasons United fans have faced contrasting emotions at the end of each campaign.

From cup final heartache to relegation heartache and the new sensation of play-off heartache, we have had to endure the lot. Yet remarkably the Arab faithful continue to turn out in numbers. There is no doubt the club in its current guise do not deserve the loyalty shown by the support. However, we are now on to the latest instalment of our gruelling attempt to get back into the Premiership. The players must vastly up their performances and maintain a level of consistency which has been lacking this season. The manager needs to find a stable team and formation and for once, please, let us have the luck that rarely seems to find us.
