E June Mccoach Have no problem putting your child in time out. What I don’t like is sitting them on the floor. I work in health care and you have no idea how filthy even the cleanest looking floor is. It is a breeding ground for all sorts.

Lydon Charlie The mum, quite rightly, said she didn’t want to hit or shout at the children. So she takes them to a quieter area and asks them to sit for a while. I bet the parents who say it’s embarrassing have used the naughty step or corner. The mum is trying to make sure the girls grow up knowing there is a time and place to mess about and a time to be a bit silly.
