Construction firm extends reach with Perth site

The firm, which is also present in Edinburgh, Leeds and Warrington, said it will use the new base as a springboard into Dundee, Fife and Stirling while also growing in Aberdeen and Inverness.

It is hiring seven staff to manage high-profile accounts in the area, effectively doubling the size of the current Perth operation. This includes roles for joiners, painters, electricians, roofers and builders.

Facilities management and mechanical and electrical director Donald Bain said the Perthshire development forms part of a broader tenyear growth plan to double turnover by 2028. It stands at £80 million and is expected to soon exceed £100m.

Bain added that the site will be key in the firm’s Scottish growth. “We feel this is an ideal time to increase our footprint across the country.”
