Con­struc­tion firm ex­tends reach with Perth site

The firm, which is also present in Ed­in­burgh, Leeds and War­ring­ton, said it will use the new base as a spring­board into Dundee, Fife and Stir­ling while also grow­ing in Aberdeen and In­ver­ness.

It is hir­ing seven staff to man­age high-pro­file ac­counts in the area, ef­fec­tively dou­bling the size of the cur­rent Perth op­er­a­tion. This in­cludes roles for join­ers, pain­ters, elec­tri­cians, roofers and builders.

Fa­cil­i­ties man­age­ment and me­chan­i­cal and elec­tri­cal di­rec­tor Don­ald Bain said the Perthshire de­vel­op­ment forms part of a broader tenyear growth plan to dou­ble turnover by 2028. It stands at £80 mil­lion and is ex­pected to soon ex­ceed £100m.

Bain added that the site will be key in the firm’s Scot­tish growth. “We feel this is an ideal time to in­crease our foot­print across the coun­try.”
