Nainggolan on way to Inter in swap

Inter Milan defender Davide Santon and youth player Nicolo Zaniolo had medicals at Roma yesterday morning as Radja Nainggolan prepared to move in the opposite direction.

Inter are reported to have agreed to pay €24 million plus former Newcastle fullback Santon and Zaniolo to get their hands on Nainggolan, the former Belgium international.
